Dark Chao Role-Playing Game Mission 10: The Chao Mesa Incident

[cut to the Dark Garden, Shade is instructing his army]
Shade: So that's how that works. Okay?
Dark: Yeah, but what do we DO with it?
Shade: Simple. We stand, aim, and release! Feels good, doesn't it?
Army: Yeah...
[Hero chao come in]
Chao: *a-hem*... someone cover the young one's eyes... Shade, WHAT are you doing?
Shade: Teaching my minions to pee.
Chao: But, we're CHAO. We don't have-- never mind. Listen, I just recieved a letter you may wish to hear about.
Shade: *sigh* Okay, everyone, take five.
Dark: I don't wanna! This feels good!
Shade: *face-palm* Well, HURRY UP before we become the GROSSEST RPG in history!
Dark: Hurrying!
Shade: K. Chao, what is it?
Chao: Here.
[Chao gives Shade the letter]
Shade: ...!!! Sweet, we get to work at Black Mesa! This is awesome!
Chao: But... what IS 'Black Mesa'?
[Shade snaps his fingers, and Dark runs to him]
Dark: The Black Mesa Research Facility is a fictional military lab in a canyon in Arizona. It is the main playing field for the first-person shooter video game "Half-Life."
Chao: ...How did he--
Shade: I trained him.
Chao: ..........Well, moving on, How will we get--
[cut to the chao in the BM]
Chao: --There? That was fast.
Shade: It's dark magic. Dark-Hawk knows it.
DH: Right here.
Shade: Shut up. Okay, let's go talk to Barney.
Chao: Who?
Shade: Security guard.
[Shade walks up to a badly modelled (bad graphics) security guard]
Shade: 'Sup, hotman?
Barney: Hey, Shade. The usual?
Shade: Yeah, you know.
Barney: Okay. Go right in.
Chao: 'The usual'?
Shade: What? It's not like this is the first time I've been here!
[the chao go through and find another security guard behind a desk]
Barney: Hey, how's it going, Shade? What'd you come here for?
Chao: Say, didn't we just see you out--
Barney: *sigh* I know, I know... every security guard here looks the same. We all go by "Barney."
Shade: We recieved a letter telling us to work here. In fact, here's what the letter SPECIFICALLY said...

Dark-Hawk is Barney Calhoun. Basically, he's a security guard. You come here EVERY DAY, fix elevators, shoot stuff, fight intergalactic creatures, etc.

Phantom is Gordon Freeman (lucky...). You are a scientist working for the Anomylous Materials division of the facility. You will suit up, work on HIGHLY untested and EXTREMELY dangerous missions, and fight giant mutant aliens that look like babies.

S.Bonic is another Barney Calhoun.

Nights is Dr. Rosenburg. You are a scientist that is highly respected, but is captured by the military a lot. A Barney will have to save you (find you locked in a train car) at least once.

Quartz is a scientist. Not highly respected, is eaten by aliens, is used as cannon fodder by Gordon and Barney, and is basically a human skeleton key (opens any door).

Chaosky and Jessica will be Doctors Gina Cross and Colette Green. You are basically like Gordon Freeman, but not as good.

All you who are Gordon, Barney, or one of the other two like Gordon, you each get tons of guns, a crowbar (these are awesome), and Level C security access.

Those who AREN'T... uh... get to run around the whole facility and be shot.

Just work for a few posts, doing whatcha want, and eventually I'll assign something.

PH: Cool! [Watches all the other people run around and get shot while killing various mutant aliens that look like babies] Whew! Fighting these aliens is tough work. I think I'll go to the Level C relaxation lounge.
[Phantom goes there and sees leather couches and recliners of various colors, a 32 inch, high-def, flat screen TV, a Windows Vista computer complete with a printer, moniter, keyboard, scanner, internet, tons of food, and a whole bunch of other nice stuff.]
PH: AWESOME! I think I'll stay her the whole mission! 

[lounge explodes]
PH:agghhh!!

PH: Um, no. [kills all the mutant aliens] How'd ya like dat?!

Ph: Wait, where's Shade?
[cut to the Dark Garden, the first-party chao (the ones I made) are relaxing in their gardens]
Shade: *sigh* ...Finally, no need to worry about them! Especially since I sent Metal Sonic there, telling him the chao all said he smells like eleven cow poos put together! Ha, this is gonna be fun!
[cut to the entrance to Black Mesa]
MS: Okay, according to this video showing Half-Life in half an hour, I need to go to the Anomylous Materials and shoot the living hell outta those guys. Got it.

Nights looks around and sees the inside of a train car.
N:What the ..... this is not where I went to sleep. I gotta find a way out of here
*nights walks over to the door and gets Zapped*

*Shakes his hand to get blood flowing and attempts to jump out of the window*

*Gets shocked and falls onto the floor*

*Pulls out his cellphone from his trench coat pocket*
N:Hey wait...DANGIT, the signal's being jammed
*looks around and sees the Security Jammer*
N:Hey! *walks over and ATTEMPTS to punch i, hits a force field...And gets Zapped)

*pulls out a rubber duck*
N:Rubber Doesn't conduct electricity!
*throws it*

[DH appears in a big metal room with no room or windows]

DH: I'm chlostrophobic!!!!! D:

[Metal breaks through the level 2 security]
MS: Heh heh heh... only four more security levels to go! Those chao are as good as dead!

Doesn't ANYONE notice the rampaging Metal Sonic with a chainsaw and flamethrower slowly making his way through the compound? For this mission, you have a TIME LIMIT.

Find out what to do (ONLY I will decide what is correct, so no 'Metal dies the end' stuff, and no ending the episode yourselves this time. THIS TIME, ONLY I MAY END THE EPPY.) and stop Metal!

barney: the wall is made for outta big meta stuff no way we can break it!
DH: just trust me (sounds impatient)
(all the humans shrug and pickup an ax and start hitting the wall)

[Metal is REALLY angry, and is now in Sector C]

Look out! If nobody discovers the correct thing to do before Metal finds us out in the forest, we're doen for! 


DH: Ive devised parts of the forest in the map.
DH:this is a powerful forest so the only way he can tear down the forest is if he has a lighter or a torch

MS: I destroyed that whole building and the chao arent there!

Nice, but just because he lost one leg doesn't mean he's gone for good! Poof another one and shoot his head off! 

DH: his body is still functiona! its heading toward us
[gun fires randomly and detaches both arms]
shade: wait. how is he gonna kill us if he can't fire his hand lasers at us?
DH: good point.
MS's Head: thats what you think!
[MS's leg grows spikes and it detaches from the body and rockets toward the chao]
Dark: *notices string* his leg is also a bomb the spike shards could kill us all!
devilish: no duh.
DH: how did you get here?
D : ive alwas been here
[all chao except shade scream in terror] 

Sorry, this time, I'm NOT bailing you out.

[the spikes impact and the chao are all knocked out]
MS: Initiate restore.exe!
[Metal's arms and legs come back, and he, covered in rust and blood, steps over to us and picks up Shade]
MS: Target acquired. Muh huh huh...
[Metal limps back to the Stardust Eggman]
MISSION FAILED...
(but, there are TWO missions to this eppy!)

[a few hours later]
DH: Ugh... Shade... are you okay?
Shade: ...
DH: Shade? ...SHADE?
[Dark-Hawk gets up and realizes Shade is gone]
DH: SHADE!!!
[everyone else wakes up, and sees Dark-Hawk crying]
Dark: Dark-Hawk, what's wrong?
DH: Shade... I couldn't save him...
Dark: WHAT!? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!? YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THE DARK CHAO NAME!
[Phantom slaps Dark]
Ph: Get ahold of yourself! Our best bet right now would be to return to the Dark Garden and think of a plan!
Q: One problem there, Phantom.
Ph: Yeah?
[camera zoom-out, showing a broken-down old forest]
Q: Where IS the Dark Garden? Only Shade knew where Black Mesa was, so...
Ph: We're stranded!?


In order to complete THIS mission, you have a map. No, DH, you can't use any magic. While you were unconscious, Metal stole your mana (I dunno). In order to get it back, you must accomplish this mission.

It would've been easier if you still had Shade.

"augh!" yelled DH and accidently knocked one of the vanilla spray paint 
and the top of the can hits the ground and sprays the paint on the acid and it
turns to stone "uhh...I meant to do that?" Dh says.
